Hi, I cannot launch the game whatsoever (Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper). I have tried putting Physx file in there, have tried verify/repair files, have tried everything. Is this normal? I am upset that I purchased a game I cannot play.

This happens to me with EVERY Sherlock Holmes title. I've reinstalled but these games won't launch for me.
