Running 1080p, lowest or highest eye candy, running between 30-40FPS and I don't understand why. This game is done in Unity and isn't graphically impressive (my GPU usage is running at 6-8% and barely 10% of VRAM) so it shouldn't run this bad.

Anyone else that has this issue?

Nirth: I have an older gaming laptop and only problems with performance appeared during night when there was noticeable fps drop. I'm not sure, if there's any fps limit - It would require some better equipment to test it out.
I always run with a 60FPS with Nvidia Inspector. I don't know why, maybe because I've old drivers as I do and they have been so stable I'm usually too lazy to try some new. Oh well, at least the game is short.
That's interesting. Maybe Shelter isn't optimized enough for multi-core processors. Maybe you can try to contact guys from Might and Delight to find out more about it.

I could try forcing one or two cores to see if it makes a difference.
