Hello,
i'm having a problem... when i launch this game, everything seems to be working fine, but every time i actually try to play it, all i can see is black screen, subtitles and hear sound... that's all. I've tried all the solutions that i have found on the internet like changing graphics from discrete to integrated, install newest codecs, reinstall, repair.... but nothing worked.

edit: Yes, i am using laptop.

My specs
AMD A4-6210 APU with AMD Radeon R3 Graphics
Radeon R5 M330
8GB RAM
Windows 10 Home 64bit ver. 20H2

Got the same problem, exactly. Tried the same ways to cure it, didn't work.
I can watch all the movies in the drectory "\StreamingAssets\Video\" as they're in .mp4 format.
I'm using desktop computer (Seven 64 / GTX960).
I run "Late Shift" (another interactive movie) without any issue.
Any help will be welcome ;)

I've had problems with LAte Shift (before the latest update) and installing those

helped me. I guess it's wort a try to see if thee would help in your case too.
