How do I fix this? Also laggy. How many cores should I have addressing dosbox?
Is there a reasonably brainless way to do all this?
More or less solved:
I don't know why but I've found that if I try playing a game immediately after install my system hangs or there's some glitch. Rebooting solves that for me.

I think thats more of a computer issue, for some reason back when I was on win98 after installing anything I had to reboot otherwise the application would refuse to work until I rebooted. Even now I get an occasional finicky application that won't work until I reboot.
