i love the game but i think it would be nice to have a few mods like being able to play as some of the aliens or even being able to use the shiva at the start does anyone know if there is mods for this game? also isnt there suppose to be an expanion pack for this game?

Mods seem nonexistent, but there is an expansion pack.
Edit: The GOG version already includes the expansion. Go to Multiplayer Control, choose single player, co-op, world 6, and click vote.
