So I went through level 12 with no kills or so I assume. Got the achievement for completing level 12, but the no-kill achievement I did not receive at all. A friend of mine has neither the one for completing or the no-kill. Anyone else got this problem?

I have completed the game without killing anyone and gotten all of the no-kill-achievements - including the one for level 12. Your problem might be a result of one of the guards being killed off-screen, which can be caused by falling crates and such. This has happened to me quite a lot of times in the demo and once or twice in the complete game itself.

Yeah that must've been it. I had it happen for level 11 too apparantly. In the end I got all the no-kill achievements. :)
