One might expect you realized your "highlight object" option is simply broken. I mean, it is an so obvious bug that you have to ask yourself why your QA sucked THIS much ...
In fact your highlight object key is even a step backward as the original title had an option to change the key behaviour to a switch which was very convinient. It really gets on my nerves if one so obvious function is simply disfunctional. If you expected some kind words here: no, that's so stupid, there is simply no excuse for it.

What a mistake. Thought this game was going to be a nice liesurely tourist jaunt when set to 'easy' so I wanted to see all the nice artwork. Hit a hardstop in the catacombs with the two 'guardians' and can't progress at all in the game. When are developers going to realize that, in addition to 'gamers' there are 'lamers' who don't care about puffing their chest out over finger clicking skills circumnavigating an impossible target while one circle strafes? When a game is set on easy, every target should die with two hits. Otherwise, this is literally just a waste of money for me and I get no enjoyment for my purchase. From now on, I'm going ot pay particular attention to the names on the development team, and if any of their names appear on other products, I will avoid them like the plague.

ADDENDUM: Finally figured it out. Apologies to the devs. Just aggravating when all I wanted just an easy walkthrough to see the sights... Which leads me to another complaint. The infuriating rolling ball click the lever in sequence 'feature' that pervades the game. Once is cute. Twice becomes a pain. There are those of us who don't click fast and have lousy hand eye coordination. Easy settings should be just that, easy. Perhaps instead of having the panel pull back, they can just lock in place? Otherwise, one cannot progress in the game.
