How come Shadowrun Returns runs so incredibly awesome, yet Shadowrun Dragonfall stutters like crazy when characters are moving around? It makes no sense. I play Witcher 3 maxed out in 1080p @ 60fps. Surely my rig should be able to handle this game, but nope.

I had the same same issue on my linux box to temporary fix: open your ingame console ALT+F1>Click Draw and disable the fog by clicking on it
