In Shadowrun Hong Kong mission :Misdirection I can find no way to get key for lab safe.
I got with other Shadowrunners , fought guards and now it directs me to the safe, but says I need key and key is no where to be found. Can not leave the floor I am on to or continue the mission in any other way eithe . Stuck with nowhere to go.

This is second time this has happened. After first time I read online you need to get key from other shadowrunners when you first meet them, but there was never any mention of the key in the conversation during either play through. Chose different dialog options the send time around hoping it would come up but nothing.

Any one got any clue how to resolve this?

Nope, does not look like there is a solution. I'm stuck here also after wasting a good week on this game. If there is one thing I loathe it's games that kick you in the bollocks after getting far into them, with gamebreaking bugs that stop all progress.

1-star review coming right up. All you negrepping gangs out there that target truthful 1-star reviews get ready for plenty of work.

Before you do so perhaps you might check out the wiki, a guide or a walk through?

I think I know the mission under discussion and I believe the problem is you have not taken one of the bad guys alive, who will, in turn, give you the key. I think. (I haven't played the third game for a while, I much prefer mods for the first and Dragonfall and its mods.)

In any case, since I have, as many others may attest, completed the game including the extra missions, I can say there is definitely a solution to this problem.
