Installer asks for location of part 1, all files are in the same folder yet it keeps saying

"The File could not be found in the installer's folder. Please make sure file is in the correct folder, or specify it's current location"

Not sure what is going on, any help would be appreciated.

Be sure that all of them are named correctly. If it's not that then you likely have a corrupt/incomplete -1.bin file. Download that one again.

As Gydion noted, the error message indicates the installer cannot find the data file/s.

For instance, when you download the game manually, there are two files:
Shadowrun Hong Kong — Extended Edition (Part 1)
Shadowrun Hong Kong — Extended Edition (Part 2)
which are saved in the folder as:
setup_shadowrun_hong_kong_extended_edition_3.1.1_(9420).exe (4MB)
setup_shadowrun_hong_kong_extended_edition_3.1.1_(9420)-1.bin (2600MB).

It seems that either:
a) the Galaxy client has failed to download it correctly (corrupted, or wrong folder), or
b) you have not downloaded the second file, or downloaded it to a different folder from the one where you are trying to run the setup_shadowrun…(9420).exe installation file from.
