So I'm at the part in the main story where you go to to the digital world, only problem is the game won't load it, I've tried reloading saves but it doesn't work

which of the games is it? are you running it moddified in any way? what is it doing(locking up, crash to desktop with or without error, etc)? as extra information that can sometimes help, whats your os\gpu?etc
