So I'm playing a beefy melee troll on Dragonfall on the Dead Man's Switch mod. I'm confused though as to why I can't always use some skills.

I unlocked round Roundhouse Kick and Rip Armor. I wasn't able to use Roundhouse kick with one set of cybernetics, but I could with another. Now, I just unlocked RipArmor and it doesn't show up for me as an attack option but Roundhouse Kick does. Is this a bug?
