Ok, I had this very annoying thing happening to me. I had summoned a spirit, but there were no enemies around. When the game asked me if I wanted to give AP to the spirit, I just clicked the next team member or End Turn. Why risk it turning mean with no one around? Serves me right for trying to get around the risk of spirits escaping? Well, maybe, but I'm not sure if these two things are related. When enemies _did_ show up I gave the spirit 4 AP, resulting in it escaping. Then I summoned a new spirit from the same spirit point (the first time I've summoned two, I've never been able to do that before, even though I had great enough summoning skill to do it). And that was when it happened. The game told me the spirit had "* AP" instead of a number (shown on its portrait), but the game neither let me click on the portrait nor did it ask me to give the spirit AP when its turn came.

This resulted in me having to fight a long, somewhat tough battle with one AP less. It was on one of those floors when you're always in combat mode, and when the enemies finally stopped coming, I had to kill the spirit with fire ball splash damage.

Even if there are no enemies around, time still passes. Spirits escape chance increases over time, regardless of whether or not there are enemies around.

That bug you had with the second spirit... I thought it was fixed already, guess I was wrong
