Upon starting the game I noticed that about a cursor length of the screen is cut off on all sides. Does anybody else have this issue, and does anybody know a fix to it?

If you are playing on a desktop with an external monitor, look on your monitor controls for an "AUTO" button and push it. On most LED monitors I've seen, this is an "auto-resizing" function that should make the display "scale" perfectly to fit your monitor, Hope that works for you!

If you can set your resolution to 640x480, then you're golden. I haven't found any way of changing it in the games files, and the solution that tritone suggested above will not work either, since the issue that the OP was asking about is visible when the screen auto-resizes. You're best bet is to get an older display and run the game on that or avoid it.
