Right now, I've found every weapon but The Pusher, which is a shotgun based on the Stryker. Is there any specific way to find it as I remember my friend found it randomly in a chest one mission but I scoured the entire place during that mission and didn't find anything. I know certain weapons can be bought from the shop, others are given as rewards, and still others are randomly dropped by certain people (like I think the Desert Eagle is randomly dropped by Yakuza), so the question is has anyone figured out all the ways weapon drops work? How do I get this last weapon?

Well weapons come from different sources:

1. Quest reward
2. Store
3. Unique generals
4. Random drop from chest/mob.

Sadly I cant recall from where I got my Pusher. But check your achievs and see if you missed any general.(though if its the only one you are missing out of the 71-72 weapons you should have killed them all).

I found it in a chest as well. One of the later "cyber" levels in Xing's Tower/Studio, near a secret. But I assume that this placemenrt was random.


There usually is a special type of chest that'll contain weapons. It's a lot larger than the average ones, and a pretty rare sight to boot.

What's the type of chest that contains weapons? I usually just open every chest I find and usually find the usual stuff. Still can't find that gun and I beat the game twice.

It's a bit hard to explain...

There is a special type of chest (black, quite a bit larger than the other ones) that will contain a weapon. The placement is random, and there is nothing on the minimap that differentiates it from the other chests in an area, I'm afraid. I'm also not sure if it's a 100%-spawn or only showing up randomly.

I've got several of the game's "blue" weapons, like the Swift & Messon and Pusher that way.
