Playing on third difficulty. I've got all kills and secrets but the level doesn't end. According to this playthrough all you have to do is walk to the top of the stairs, but when I do that level isn't over

I tried pressing "Use" on the door and walls, but nothing happens. Any idea?

Maybe I can post my save game if anyone could try and run it?

OK, it turns out it was a bug that was fixed in a later version ($Refiner.map had to be replaced). However, the problem is, even after fixing my save game still won't work. I don't have a save from a pervious level.

Any idea on how to get this fixed, aside from having to restart the whole game?

EDIT:

OK, it seems getting myself killed and restarting the level is enough. It would mean I start the level with just a katana and some surikens :(. Still at least it's better than having to start all over from level 1.
