Hey guys.. I'm having this terrible sound issue on every single cinematic in the game. It's freaking me out. Sound is choppy but the video itself seems to run normally. I have the latest sound card drivers. Can you please help?

I had a similar problem with another game once. I had to disable EAX, or something like that. Try different audio options. Make sure you've installed the newest patch first though.
