When was Shadow Warrior Classic rebranded as Shadow Warrior Classic Complete, and switched publisher to Devolver Digital? Was it in combination with the SW Reboot pre-order "release"?

I noticed this as well. The box art has also changed. I'm not sure what they added though. I think this is in responce to the same product now being completly free on steam. Look it up. Shadow Warrior Classic.

Nothing seems to be changed in-game, only the cover art and the on-site title.
Yeah I guess it's to match the Steam versions that are renamed Classic.
