I have installed the DX11 version, but I have a problem with the mouse left click: it works just 10% of the time (it is still binded with the primary attack), in the other 90% nothing happens. I have no problem with the right or middle button though.

Someone else did experience something similar?

a standard microsoft mouse and Windows 8.1 (64bit).

Should I try with the no DX11 version of the game?

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try. Just a question though, when you assign the left click to something else, does it work properly?

I've just tried to switch primary with secondary attack, but the problem is still on the left click.
And I haven't noticed anything strange in the menu.

Solved: I changed the USB port and everything now works fine
