No multiplayer mode? Do they have any plans of adding one?

Not that I'm complaining, aside from the corridorness the gameplay was great.
LOL
I'm glad they didn't include it in the game, and I think the developers knew it wouldn't be played all that much. Because lets be honest: there are many, and probably better, alternatives regarding to multiplayer shooters, especially now that CoD and BF have been released.

The SP is just fine for a game like this, and personally I wouldn't want it any other way.

Seems a bit far-fetched considering how the weapons behave. They would have to make some big changes to make it work with all the weapons, though I admit having sword fights with the skill sets would be interesting.

Then again we already have games like Chivalry for sword fighting multiplayer.

Jedi Knight had some fast paced rabbit saber/sword fights. I've never played Chivalry, but from previews it didn't seem as hyperactive FPS type of thing.

What's wrong with having multiplayer as a tack-on later? Duke3D and the original SW had them.

Nothing wrong with it per se. The way I figure the devs would rather have a good hook for a multiplayer rather than slap something together that people will play for a few weeks and then forget about it, not to mention that would take extra time and money to develop and sometimes they end taking away from the single-player experience to compensate the time and money restraints.

As for Chivalry, it's an accurate observation it's not a super fast-paced game like Unreal Tournament, it goes for a more realistic approach but there's good depth to it.
Maybe they don't like nuclear weapons?
