Cannot figure out how to remove 120FPS cap for Shadow Warrior 2013 (DX9); have turned off v-sync and triple buffering in game settings as well as well as in the nvidia control panel. If anyone knows of a solution to this it would be much appreciated.

i7 10700KF/32GB 3200Mhz RAM/3080Ti 12GB

Why even use the DX9 version when your setup is totally able to run the better DX11 version without any hassle?
