Hi, is there any trick to switching Takuma's grenades to the non-lethal variety? I try it the same way as with the main melee attack for other characters (holding down "Y" in my case), but that doesn't work.
Sometimes there's a hint appearing in the Pause screen that tells me it can be changed to a non-lethal grenade by switching the option in the skill bar, but I don't see where that can be done.
Any help would be much appreciated!

(meant Takuma in the title, not Tanuki, apologies)

With mouse+keyboard you can change the grenade to a non-lethal one by clicking the small arrow next to the icon. If my memory serves me, it's on the left side of the icon, but either way it's right next to the skill icon.

With controller you'll have to select the item wheel, with XboxOne controller by pressing LB I believe. When you have that selected, you'll press the right stick to change the grenade type.

Those are the only two ways I know at least.

Also, lets pretend tanuki throws the grenade from Takuma's shoulders, so that way your title is 100% correct.

Thank you Prolence, just found the arrow. It was very difficult to see I think, so for anyone else looking for it: it's the space between the first (sniper) and the second (grenade) skill.

By the way, I just started a mission where the tanuki throws some sniper ammo at Takuma, so it definitely is possible :-D
