Hey, guys.
Found this pretty yesterday, tried it myself.
Mod's description:
"Lifeside and Deadside have never looked and sounded better. Shadowman 20th Anniversary Mod brings in touch ups across the veil. All original textures upscaled 4-6x their original size using ai neural networks (ESRGAN, Topaz Gigapixel) and some manual touch ups to bring those old and blurry textures to a more clean and enhanced image quality. But that's not all. Almost 4 years of work have gone into modifying these game files and models. Unused content such as Mike's musings, bug fixes, an entire "Through the Marrow Gates" monologue cutscene created from scratch, a deadside anomaly, enemy audio fixed\unused audio completely restored, baddy AI scripts tweaked and adjusted, partially restored unreleased NVIDIA Shadowman high quality textures to Intro\ Asylum tower, uncensored models restored and more! Revisit the world of Shadowman in this 20th anniversary mod today! (Approved and named by the one and only Tim Haywood!)"
It appears that this mod is fully compatible with GOG version of the game. Regarding comments, here is the guide for how to install it:
1. Download mod (.zip 1,5 GB) and unpack it;
2. Go to game location, and move existing "data" folder somewhere other place (you can create "Backup" folder and place "data" there, just rename it to "data_old" just in case - it worked for me);
*** WARNING: DO NOT REWRITE DATA FOLDER. JUST MOVE OLD ONE AND COPY/PASTE THE ONE FROM MOD's ARCHIVE ***
3. Get DGVooDoo (latest stable version is accessable there - DGVooDoo web-site;
4. Configure it how readme inside mod's archive says;
5. Launch game settings and setup it how readme says;
6. Now launch "Shadow Man" and enjoy.
