I've got big problems with shadow man, I can't even beat the first lvl, cause there are "invisible blocks" all around the area wich are unpassable, and also I'm not able to walk upwards a slope cause i get thrown back!
The framerate is also terrible and i have no idea how to make it work!

First off, have you installed it in a root directory, something like :

C:\Shadowman

Secondly make sure Directx is up to date and drivers on your system are up to date.

Have you tried running it as administrator, right click the games exe / start file and left click run as admin

What settings have you used in the config utility that runs the first time you play it ?

Every driver is up to date and i also ran the game as admin, but sadly, it makes no difference.
My first settings: everything up to max, and the resolution 1920x1080 16
I tried every option/combination in the settings, but it still doesn't work

You could try the DEP settings

To do this on 7 & Vista :

Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings (This last bit is top left)

In Window that opens click Settings button on Performance at the top

Click Data Execution Prevention tab

In there make sure bottom button above window is highlighted.

At the bottom it has Add. Click it then go into the directory where you have the game installed and there are 2 files, the config and main exe. Add one of them then click Apply, then add the second one and click apply.



If this doesn't work I would try uninstalling it and then re installing in a different location
