I got caught trying to head to Mortbane without a visa and the guards (technomagi soldiers, I think?) on the road threatened me and then walked away (with red circles around them). I then purchased a visa. Now the little red circles of death are fixed around these guys, and if they see me they attack. Am I going to have to kill them, or will they ever calm down? Maybe there's a cheat I can use to shut off their attack mode?
