Purchased complete copy for 5 bucks and I'm surprised how well they translated this to the box.
Apparently it has both FE and SE but you gotta play it in order, so no switching between games.
The texture quality is surprisingly great for original Xbox (running at native 480p, fully adjusted on my 360 so no blurry effect is present). When you go close, you can see the fine detail that's present on the PC game.
The frame rate is around 50 FPS 80% of the time.
Some interesting differences I noticed:
-You take slightly less damage most of the time ( I guess they needed it for the noobies)
-Single shotgun is OP and can take out skeleton up close.
-You can over stock on ammo for some weapons, for example up tp 1000 rounds for the machine gun
-You have lives and they are easy to stack up. You start near by after you die. I have 29 lives 7 missions in.
-Number of enemies is reduced somewhat in areas where you remember the game throwing lt more at you.
-You can overcharge your health by 100 with any health boost.
-You get a chainsaw in Stage 1 of FE
-Some minor areas removed to compensate for the hardware.
Overall pretty solid version of the game. I have the HD remakes in the Serious Sam collection for 360 so I don't really care as a purist, and this is a nice novel item.
