I bought the deluxe version (preorder). There are still no bonuses.

I bought the Deluxe Edition and have the Tommy Gun, but not the OST or artbook available. What the heck is going on?

Tommy Gun Skin built into the game itself. There is no separate installer for this bonus.

tech support help me out they gave me the deluxe DLC but it says not supported game version, they are both 1.01 but the DLC is version 1.01 41 and the base game is 1.01 55

Also was just looking for the soundtrack + artbook as I've finished the game today but couldn't find them anywhere. Hopefully it comes soon.

how do I find the Tommy Gun in the game?

The Tommy Gun is an alternative skin for the assault rifle.
You can toggle it on and off in the Game Options menu (only found it there by accident. It's not a very intuitive place to put that option)

Any update on the OST and artbook?

It isn't available via Galaxy yet, but you can download it from your game library with your web browser.
