I have an injury and a sending off so I need to swap with my reserves but can't figure out how.

I eventually worked it out, but since there was no solution on the forum I figured I'd post it.
The bottom player in your squad list, go to the left hand side of his name where his face is and you can scroll through the reserve players.

Friend! During the game you can do the replacement? Don't know how to enable that top players to show up in asterisks?

It's all written in the manual that comes with downloading the game! ;) Have a good read.
