According to a post on Steam, they're evaluating the inclusion of co-op and how it can be implemented on GoG.

Seems like it may be soon, hopefully. I've had my village name chosen for quite some time, just waiting on the game release now...
I wouldn't mind no co-op just to buy it on GoG, rather than Steam.

I always check GoG first before getting anything on Steam, and am willing to pay a little more just so that I 'own' a copy of the game.

Kingdom Come 2 just came out, and the release on GoG is lagging a but as they take the DRM out of the game. It will probably only be a week or two. I'll wait.
I completely agree, I'm also waiting for KCD II. Looking forward to the GOG release, buying the gold version as soon as it's available :-).

I don't use Steam anymore, got so sick of having to login to prove I'd paid for games, despite the fact that they KNEW I had. More than a little irritating.

I don't have access to my full Steam Library here, but I have replaced quite a few of them and no messing-about having to prove that your games are legal and you are allowed to play them.

Edit: A typo or 2.
