Is there an option to play via LAN?
From what I read on the Internet, it is possible to connect via Steam via IP address and local coop.
On gog I only see options for hosting the game

Let me know the status on that if anyone knows for sure.

The game looks nice, but if I can't play multiplayer offline with my family, then I'll wait for a very high discount.

Either LAN or couch co-op on a shared screen is acceptable to me.

Pcgamingwiki does say something about Local play 4 Co-op Use Nucleus Co-op. Think it's a mod that makes local play possible.
But i don't know if it works with gog or only steam?
