I've been having a lot of trouble getting screamer and I actually succeeded in the end. But in case anyone have had any problems with fast hardware my solution was to set the game to 150000 cycles. My problem was that the setup utility crashed if it was set to max and I needed the setup to make the game work with a joystick (XBox 360 controller to be precise). And if I used different timing for the setup than I did for the game exe the joystick would make the car not able to drive straight... The last very important piece of information is that if you use a set cycles count and use a joystick you have to set timed intervals to off.
