I know about a version of screamer for the 25th Birthday of Martini Racing. The CD included videos and infos about martini racing. And as a special bonus a version of Screamer with an alfa romeo from martini racing team.

It included only 3 tracks. But the car was awesome!
Please don't wonder, it is the german version of screamer. Called Bleifuss, a german nickname for racers on the street. It means leadfoot. As if you put a heavy weight on the pedal.
I don't know if there was a english version of it.

would be cool if we could import the car into the full game

I own a copy of this game. But haven't found a way to import the car-models into the original screamer (Bleifuss). If someone knows how to manage this, I would be very happy!

It would have been cool to add that car to the car list ! Along somehow increasing the viewing distance too...

Can you upload the game files somewhere? Maybe somebody can find out how to put that car into the original game.
