Hi,

I'm running Screamer 2 on Mac. The game works without problems so far, but I can't access the game configuration. I'd like to edit the keys for the car control.

There are two "Configuration" options in the gog.com startup screen below "Singleplayer" and "Multiplayer".

The first "Configuration" button shows the "DOS/4GW Protected Mode Run-time" hint, then the screen switches to "PLEASE WAIT" and then the screen is completely black. Pressing any key here leads me back to the gog.com screen.

The second "Configuration" button shows again the "DOS/4GW Protected Mode Run-time" hint, followed
by an additional line: "Fatal Error: unable to load DLL" and below that line "C:\S2>". Then it automatically switches back to the gog.com screen.

Could you please help me to change my keyboard settings? I did already look through all the files in the "Screamer 2" app package, but could not find a file with the keyboard control settings.

I'm not familiar with Mac's or even the GOG version of this game but I do know that Screamer's setup program is dependent on cpu detection.
If you can edit the dosbox .conf file that points to the setup program and make cputype=pentium_slow, it worked for me.
