I feel kinda dumb, but I can't get the game to start! I've installed via Galaxy (and unintalled and reinstalled, just to check) on my Mac (OSX 10.11). The game loads, I get to the title screen, click User Login > Singleplayer > New User which takes me to a screen titled 'Enter user details' (see screenshot). From here I can toggle the options for skip tutorial, etc, but there is no 'next' button or any other controls to move forward to the next menu or the game. Am I missing something really obvious here?

Ok, turns out you can only activate the text box by clicking on the very left-most column of pixel inside the box!
