I can't save the game, when I attempt to save I get a "savegame exception Galaxy API Galaxy Instance....error

Just delete Galaxy.dll from the game dir .

thanks for the reply. I actually tried that, but I also needed to restart the game for it to work.

I've not got around to trying to save yet but I would like to thank Edward_Carnby for his fix.

My problem was a runtime error upon trying to start the game, at 90% loaded the game screen would be replaced
with a small box showing a runtime error message. The curser would also jam up so CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up the task manager and end program was all I could do. [Win 7]

Removing the Galaxy dll from the game folder got me past that , the game was just downloaded from GOG's site and not through Galaxy. [setup_satellite_reign_2.0.0.3exe]

Anyway hope this info will help bssybeep others, and again my thanks to Ed

Same thing here, really sucks because I just cracked the wyverns HQ.... attached is my error message.

I ran this without galaxy on, which I didn't think would be a problem. Hope this is an oversight not the new norm. If I have to have galaxy open to just save my game... no thanks, ill gladly leave it behind.

Update the game, new patch's changelog is about this issue
