Hi guys, I would like to play full screen without the side bands. On my desktop PC it does this automatically but on laptop no. What can I do?

The game resolution is locked to 640x480 with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
Does the image look stretched without the black borders? If the answer is yes, then the different behavior on your machines is probably due to the settings of the video drivers.
This guide should help you in setting the game to run without black borders.
