Is it really English only ?

For example, where is French (audio + text) ?

Or maybe it's one of the many pages where other languages are not mentionned.

See the Kyrandia series, they are actually all English (audio + text) / French / German.

Unfortunately it is. Even though the Steam version has French and German as additional languages.

I managed to have the subtitles in Spanish replacing the original file RES.000 with another with a translation made by fans.

File location: C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\GOG.com\Sanitarium\Data

I guess maybe you can do something like this for other languages, such as the french file from Steam
