However, I may need your help. I own the original, non-GoG version, and I have no way to know if the patcher is compatible with the GoG version. Would anyone mind posting the MD5 hash of the GoG Sanitarium exectuable? If it's the same as the version I have, everything should just work. If it's different I'll have to get hold of the GoG version and extra data for it.

Thank you for this patch ! I'd like to use it, but I cannot get it to work. When running the shortcut created according to your instructions, I get a "MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer" error, although I checked that I do have it. I have installed the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (some previous versions were already installed), and it did not help. I have the gog version of the game, and Windows 8.1 (64). Do you have an idea about how to fix this ? Thanks

edit : got it to work by installing the 32-bit version of the package

Oh, interesting. I think I can statically link against that, so it won't require installing anything extra. I'll get onto that for the next version.

It runs in 1080p for me but I can only see a partial rendering of the screen, it's like I can see the right side but it's at the left side with a huge black bar on the right.

Do you have another place where we can get the patcher?

Pretty please fix the known issue? (Surface is not cleared between frames). It's sadly too visually distractive for me to play Sanitarium in widescreen.
