It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

PS: This is now resolved by wine-staging 9.11 (see my own reply below, since I can't mark my own reply as a solution).

I used stock wine-staging 8.13 and it has the same issue as MS Windows where only black screen appears, but sound works, cursor works, click on (not visible) buttons work (sound changes).

Some solution says to update Intel or AMD drivers, but I use nVidia Linux native driver.

Here is some work I tried so far to run Samorost 1 using native Adobe AIR. I downloaded the matching version 33.1 Adobe AIR SDK, copied meta-inf/air/application.xml file to top directory, edited it to remove <extension> tag (seems like some Windows extension to check Steam library), then run adl application.xml. Now I'm stuck with
Adobe AIR - Linux runtime is limited to use by commercially licensed developers
Weird that Adobe only gives license to one specific platform unlike other game engines.

Has anyone run Linux-native Adobe AIR with Samorost 1? I don't have Samorost 2 which seems to have native Linux. Can you run adl from Samorost 2 on Samorost 1?

Any other way to run Samorost 1 on Linux, or a way to fix blackscreen from wine?

I just want to report that this is now resolved by wine-staging 9.11 and onward. Very happy.
