While looking for Frog Rock on the Binoculars I can't get them to stop. I've looked at walkthrough's saying you need to toggle the switch, but I've clicked everywhere and nothing happens. The switch won't move from its leftmost position.

I'm having this same problem too. Playing on a mac, btw.

The switch is finicky. You have to click way over on the right, where the switch goes in its groove rather than on the switch itself in order to make it go right (and vice versa). If you stop the switch in the top position, the spinning will stop.

just had the same problem and figured it out. the important part is which mouse-button you are using: right button to move the switch to the right, left button for left. it won't do anything, when the switch is already on far left position and you are clicking on it with the left mouse-button instead of the right button...
