I installed Season 1 and Season 2

I tried to run the 1st episode and nothing happens

Season 2 runs just fine.

Maybe you could try to run it in "Compability Mode" for Windows 7 or any older OS? ('cuz it works perfectly on Windows 7)

Late reply, but I believe this issue is the same experienced by those running The Walking Dead and other Telltale games on Windows 8, with a gamepad connected (even just a 360 wireless receiver). The solution is to grab a copy of dinput8.dll (google it) and place the file in the game's root, I had the same issue, and afterwards it worked perfectly.

Yes Its the same as Poker Night. If you have a controler plugged in it dosnt work. Dont know why.
