Truido: Wait a minute, you can actually run in the GOG version of season one, like in season two? Sam doesn't run in the in the version Telltale sells in their digital store (I haven't tried the DVD one), so the version GOG sells is a new one?
Yup, based on the loading screens it seems they ported season 1 to the season 3 engine. Unfortunately rather than fix episode 5 they just patched in the old version. I would be upset, but frankly I'm surprised they bothered to update the game at all. It's not like anyone was begging for a run feature in season 1.
