Hi!

No matter what I do the frame rate is always 7 FPS, using low, medium or High, or using DX9 or DX10/11.. I can't change the frame rate...

My system is a i3 4170 with 8 GB of ram and a GeForce GTS 450...

You'd best lower the resolution with specs that old. That always boosts the FPS count.

From what I remember it had something to do with a problem on the graphic drivers, a clean install resolved it if I'm not mistaken.
