I have completed the game 100% with one character, and didn't have not a single issue regarding game's mechanics.
There are some tiny graphical glitches when visiting safe houses, when some random black shaders start appearing and disappearing, nothing too bad, even though it would have been nice if it wasn't there at all.

However, with my second character, on second playthrough, some annoying bugs appeared.
When my car gets destroyed, if I call a homie to deliver a car for me, I have to pay 500$ fee for its repair. Sure, nothing wrong with that, usual stuff. The problem is - when I want to retrieve that same car, which now should have been fixed, and it didn't get destroyed once more after the repair, the game still charges me with 500$ every time I want to summon that car.

Another bug was - the game stopped counting the progress of the nut shots, melee kills and hostages taken, since I was totally unable to start the hostage diversion. I had jumped inside the cars as usual from frontal side, with passengers inside, but the message "press F to start hostage diversion" wouldn't pop up.

I am not sure what caused some of the glitches, but they appeared somewhere around 50% of the game progress, all of them at the same time.
One of them continues to persist, even though I'm getting closer to beat the game again, at 80% right now.
While the game now allows me to take hostages normally, and counts all "You are my hero" progress properly, still I have to pay 500$ every time I want to summon a car via homie, even though the car was fixed, and hasn't been heavily damaged nor destroyed ever since the previous paid repair.

It is really a bad feeling when you have to rely on game "fixing itself".
