But its more weird than that. I install the game from GOG no mods i play it for 15-20 mins & the screen goes black & says 'sr2_pc.exe has stopped working'. So i use gentlemen of the row mod v1.9.2.

I use the non modded vanilla patch & it works no crashing at all but when i wipe the game & install the mods (gotr standard 1.9) the crashing returns. I,m glad GOG had fix the speed problem anyway.
