I want nothing to do with Epic Games or the Epic Store, and I don't want an account. I know SR4 requires it, and that's why I'm not buying it on here. Does SR3 require an Epic account?

No it doesn't. SR4 was the only title in the franchise that was modified to require the Epic install.
