When i'm in the game (from the load screen) my mouse isnt smooth at all and jumps all over and skips spaces.
This is making the game very frustrating to play.

Are you running any special mouse drivers? If you are then maybe try disabling them for the game and see how the mouse is with windows mouse drivers.
Also does the game appear laggy at all or is it only the mouse?
