I don't know if this is suppose to happen but when I change (also, where exactly do I change the numbers?) the resolution binary in registry it doens't change anything and when I quit the game it resets. Any solution to this? First I searched here then at WSGF then at google but I couldn't find anything that keeps it from reseting (and the location to change).

Also, I read you're suppose to disable both 3D sound and bump maps, is that correct? I've already done that Nvidia Inspector trick and that made (finally!) the game work at least on Windows 7. Any compatibility mode needed?

Anything else related to stability, performance, graphics that I should be aware of? I know about the widescreen bug and I want to try it myself to see if it's worth it or not.
