Does any play the Sacred Reborn mod for Sacred Gold?

If so, have your combo masters changed as well? I can't exchange runes anymore, only purchase them for lots of gold

I haven't played the mod, but I have read that is one of the features of the mod. You can still transfer them to other characters via export then using a LAN multiplayer game though.
