I seem to be having a problem where the game does not seem to be counting side quests some of the time. I've been seeing this when starting a new game and doing the quest Abducted. I'm getting gold from completing the quest, but no experience and my logbook is still showing it as active. Is there a work-around for this or a patch out there that fixes some issues like this?

She thanks you for freeing her and teleports herself away, leaving a reward, right? But have you gone back to tell the person who sent you on the mission?
